1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to US Immigration AI Inc. (“US Immigration AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and US Immigration AI Inc., a California corporation with offices at 21243 Ventura Blvd #291, Woodland Hills, CA 91364.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the US Immigration AI website, application, or platform (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services.

US Immigration AI provides AI-assisted software tools to streamline immigration case management, document drafting, intake automation, and related support processes. US Immigration AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before use.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Not use the Services to upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential client data without authorization.

US Immigration AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content

Our Services incorporate artificial intelligence (“AI”) and machine learning technologies that assist with document drafting, case preparation, and automation tasks.

  • AI-generated outputs are provided for efficiency and support purposes only.
  • Such outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions and must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed attorney prior to use.
  • You remain solely responsible for all actions taken based on AI-generated content, including compliance with legal and ethical obligations.
  • US Immigration AI is not responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from reliance on unreviewed AI outputs.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts exhibiting suspicious or unlawful activity.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing (if applicable)

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
  • You authorize US Immigration AI to charge your chosen payment method for applicable amounts, including taxes.
  • You may cancel at any time; your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds or prorations are issued for partial months or unused portions.

We may update plan pricing or features with notice before your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, data models, trademarks, and content provided by US Immigration AI are the exclusive property of US Immigration AI Inc. or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business use only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without written permission.

7. Feedback and Suggestions

You may provide feedback or ideas to improve the Services. By submitting such feedback, you grant US Immigration AI a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
  • US Immigration AI disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • US Immigration AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US Immigration AI, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days following termination; after that period, data may be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California, under its streamlined rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Both parties waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and US Immigration AI.
  • Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control.
